Father Thomas Newsletter Message

Hello friends.

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.  I hope you are all doing well.

God loves us and He wants the very best for us.    He promised He would never leave us nor forsake us.  He is with us always even unto the ends of the earth. God the Father sent His only Son to this world to save us from the darkness of sin. Jesus lived with us, suffered, and died for our salvation and rose from the dead after three days ascended into heaven.

I know you are spending this time of lent in prayer, fasting and in works of Charity.  May God bless you with abundance of spiritual blessings.

As the covid restrictions are removed, you may be feeling more relaxed. I am very happy to see the remarkable increase of church attendance since the restrictions are lifted.  We all suffered a lot during the pandemic times. But God kept us always in His loving hands, even amidst of these difficult times. It’s our strong faith in God that helped us to cooperate with the plans of God.

I know because of covid, many were not able to attend the Mass and other Church activities.  Now it’s a time to look forward to working together for the good of our parish. Let us dream something new for our parish.  I appreciate your valuable opinions and feedback.  It’s only with your support and prayers that we could survive the difficulties of covid. I appreciate and thank you for continuing your great services to CTR Parish.

This year we have many new faces in our pastoral and financial councils.  Best wishes for the new members of the different committees.  I would like to say thanks to all those who have been serving our parish over the past years.  God bless all of you.

Let us keep our focus on Jesus Christ and His Word.  Let us try to be good Samaritans always.  Let us prepare well for the celebration of the Holy Week.

God Bless All, Father Thomas, Parish Priest.
