PONTEIX PILGRIMAGE JULY 16

The 92nd Annual Pilgrimage to Our Lady of Auvergne will take place Thursday, July 16 from 2:00 - 9:00 pm. This year’s theme is, “Our Lady of Mount Carmel and the Brown Scapular.” Guest speaker is Fr Daniel Malone. The program begins at 2:00 pm with a welcome, the Stations of the Cross, and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, followed by Fr Malone’s spiritual talk. There will be Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament at 4:00 pm, Reconciliation, and Anointing of the Sick at 5:00 pm. Supper is at 5:30 in the parish hall, followed by Holy Mass at 7:30 with celebrant Archbishop Donald Bolen. This will be followed by a candlelight procession with the statue of the Pieta.
