We are an active healthy Catholic faith community, which serves Catholic people in the Swift Current area. Donating to Christ The Redeemer Parish by the Pre-authorized monthly debit gives you a very easy method to make tax-deductible donations to support our Parish Community.

How the Pre-Authorized Monthly Debit Works?

  • Complete the application form, which is attached to this brochure. Your application authorizes your bank or Credit Union to forward to Christ The Redeemer Parish your designated donation (this is a one time application- you only need to sign up once.)

  • Christ The Redeemer Parish will receive the amount you have authorized on the 15th &/or the last day of each month as you have indicated.

  • Submit your application along with a void cheque to Christ The Redeemer Parish (you can put your application into the collection basket at any mass or you can deliver your application to the Parish Office.)

The Advantages fo the Pre-Authorized Monthly Debit

  • Christ The Redeemer Parish will have a much better monthly cash flow in order to continue providing programs and services.

  • You will no longer have to bring cash or cheques to mass.

  • Christ The Redeemer Parish will save money by not having to provide you with collection envelopes.

What the Pre-Authorized Monthly Debit Means?

You will not have to put anything into the collection basket at mass. Christ The Redeemer Parish will have cards available at the back of the church, which you may put into the collection basket if you feel more comfortable in doing so. These anonymous cards will state that you donate by your Pre-Authorized monthly debit.

Income Tax Receipts

You will continue to receive your income tax receipt at the usual time of year. Your receipt will indicate the amount you gave, including the Special Ordered Collections as you have indicated.

How to Apply?

Simply complete the attached application, attach a void cheque and place in the collection basket or drop off at the Parish Office.
